Our Personal Best Training Program is designed to prepare you for 5K to 10K race distances. We'll help you run your best, regardless of what your current ability is. Our training will include components of pacing workouts, interval training, and endurance training to help you run your personal best! We will also be teaching proper running form to help reduce injuries and to become more efficient runners. Our next session will begin July 25 and meet Saturdays at 8 a.m. and Tuesdays at 6 p.m. Our goal races will be the Hopdash 5K.
