Fleet Feet's NoBo 2.0! Program is designed to prepare you for 5k to 10k race distances. This customized program is a hybrid program between our traditional No Boundaries Begin to Run Program and our more advanced Personal Best Training Program. This hybrid program will bridge the gap toward more advanced training without the pressure of being fast, or able to run long distances. We'll help you run your best, regardless of what your current ability is. Our training will include components of pacing workouts, interval training, and endurance training to help you run your best! We will also be teaching proper running form to help reduce injuries and to become more efficient runners. This program will start January 10. We will meet Tuesday's at 6 p.m. and Saturdays at 8 a.m. Our goal races will be the Lucky Charm 5k or 10k on March 18.
